Do I need a driver's license?

No. G100 is a street legal bike, it has on roda mode with 28mph speed, and off road with up to 38 mph. You don't need a driver's license. The bike is turned on the off-road mode as default.

Dose the bike come with full assembly?

The bike is 80% assemblyed when you recieve the package, Very easy to install and also there is guidance video link of QR code on the screen.

What is the recommended height？

5''3 - 6''7, the seat height of G100 is 35 inches.

Can I ride it as a commuter bike?

Yes, G100 can overcome all road conditions for commuting, Whether it is urban roads, rural roads, or mountainous areas, it can provide sufficient power and excellent shock absorption function.

Can it really go 38 mph at max speed?

Yes, it can reach 38mph, but its speed is affected by the battery level and the weight of the rider, usually reaching 34-36mph.

What are the hidden functions of the G100 speed button?

1. When the power is off, press and hold for 1 second to turn on.

2. When the power is on, press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off.

3. Press briefly once to switch speed gears, cycling between gears 1-5.

4. While holding the brake lever, press briefly twice to switch between kilometers and miles.

5. Press briefly three times to switch between single trip mileage and total mileage.

6. While holding the brake lever, press briefly five times to switch between zero start and non-zero start. The default is always zero start when powered on.

7. Press briefly nine times to write an NFC card.

How do you switch between kilometers and miles on the G100?

Once the ebike is unlocked, while holding the brake lever, press the "S" button twice to switch between kilometers and miles.
