Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products and want to initiate the refund process, our customer service is willing to help you.
The rules are as follows:
Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees.
Happyrun believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes sold by Happyrun. Purchases made between November 21st and December 24th can be returned until January 6th of the following year. Please note, the item still needs to be in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges.

Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window.
If you wish to make a return outside of the 14-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price. -
Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.
We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

Returns of Used Items.
Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.

No Bike Shop Returns.
Please note that each of our partner bike shops sets its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from bike shops. Please contact the place of purchase to discuss their return policy.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $250. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Happyrun of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items.

Battery Returns
Due to return shipping carrier restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumers from returning batteries via shipping carriers.

Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us if the customer has not received the refund after ten business days.
Order cancellation policy
Cancelation of Orders. Due to our fast order processing speed, you must contact us within 90 minutes of placing your order to cancel it. If you do not cancel your order within 90 minutes, we will be unable to make any changes. Please make your selections carefully, and contact our team for guidance to ensure you have chosen the correct items.
If more than 90 minutes have passed since you placed your order, we will not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our return policy for terms and instructions on how to return your order for a refund if necessary.
Card Processing Fee. If you ask us to cancel an order after we have captured funds from your credit/debit card, (or after we've captured funds from your PayPal account or have financed your purchased through Affirm) 2.5% will be withheld from your refund to cover the cost of merchant card processing, which we do not recover when issuing a refund for a canceled order.
Refund
After the warehouse receives and checks your returned goods, we will check the status of the received goods and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your PayPal account or original payment method will automatically apply credit within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your PayPal account manager or credit card company. Your refund may take a while to complete.
Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is released.
