What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all e-bikes within 14 days of the purchase date. For details, Please Click Here to Check.

How do I track my order?

Once items are shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you need assistance please contact info@happyrunsports.com

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@happyrunsports.com before the order is shipped. Submitting a cancellation request before shipping does not guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. If the cancellation is successful, the customer will receive an email confirmation.  For more details, Please click here.

What is the waterproof rating of the e-bike?

All our e-bikes have an IPX5 waterproof rating, making them suitable for riding in rain, snow, and even on the beach.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, affirm, and klarna.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer installment plans for all Happyrun e-bikes. You can select Affirm or Klarna at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long until I receive my bike?

For in-stock e-bikes, we typically process orders within 24 hours ( Weekends may be delayed ), and FedEx delivers within 3-5 days. For pre-order bikes, the shipping date will be noted below the product title.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. But we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

When will the free gift items included with my electric bike be shipped?

If the purchased e-bike comes with a free accessory package promotion, the free accessories are typically shipped within 14 days of placing your order. They may arrive later than the e-bike, so if you receive your bike first, please don't worry about the gift's delivery.
