Will prices drop on Christmas Day?

How long until I receive my bike?

For in-stock e-bikes, we typically process orders within 24 hours ( Weekends may be delayed ), and FedEx delivers within 3-5 days. For pre-order bikes, the shipping date will be noted below the product title.

When will I receive my free gift?

Free accessory packages are usually shipped within 14 days of placing your order. These may arrive later than the e-bike, so if you receive your bike first, please don't worry about the gift's delivery.
